OOTD

Today's outfit is a Marc Jacobs for target scarf, hollister striped tee, hollister jeggings, steve madden boots (a few years old)
I'm ready to take on this winter weather warning we have, says it's coming around 11am today and going until 2pm tomorrow, we are expecting a mix of snow and ice.
I have a meeting today out of the office right when the winter weather is supposed to start so I dressed in my tall boots to be prepared.
